Fryer cleaner Composition: surfactant, corrosion inhibitor, chelate and so on. Performance: Removes oil, sticky protein particles, carbides and other intractable deposits, as well as brightening stainless steel.
Scope: Fryers, baking trays, grilled nets, etc. in the processing of meat products. Usage: Cleaning of the fryer: Dilute the cleaning agent in a ratio of 1:5 (cleaning agent: water). Spray (or wipe) the surface of the fryer directly with a watering can or rag for 5 minutes, then rinse with a soft brush and rinse off with water. You can also dilute the product into a 5-10% solution, soak the inner wall of the fryer for 20-30 minutes, then rinse with water. If there are stubborn stains, brush with a soft brush. Cleaning of the baking tray and baking net:
1 Dilute the cleaning agent in a ratio of 1:5 (cleaning agent: water).
2 Soak the baking tray/baked net to be cleaned in the diluted detergent solution for 10-15 minutes.
3 Remove the baking tray/baked net, put it in warm water, and wash it with a brush.
4 Rinse with tap water.
