Ceramic infrared heat elements are efficient, robust heaters which provide long wave infrared radiation. The ceramic heaters and infrared heaters are used in a diverse range of industrial and engineering applications such as thermoforming heaters, packaging and as heaters for paint curing, printing and drying. They are also used very effectively in infrared outdoor heaters and infrared saunas. The general specifications of far infrared ceramic heaters are: 245*60mm, 245*85mm, 125*60mm, 60*60mm,122*122mm.

It offer longer heater life, high processing temperature capabilities and full flexibility for ease of installation.
2. The built in thermal insulation limits heat losses and conserves electrical energy.
3. A wound nickelchrome resistance wire is strung through high temperature ceramic bricks that sit on an insulation blanket of ceramic fiber insulation.
4.The insulation blanket will reduce heat losses by approximately 20% from un-insulated band heaters.
5. It offer temperatures to 1400ºF. This is all mounted into a stainless steel casing with serrated edges. This provides strength and great flexibility such that the heater can be fully opened for ease of installation.
