They allow for even heat distribution as well as a high dielectric strength. Tubular heaters can be formed into a variety of patterns.

Construction of flange immersion heater:

Flange immersion heater’s basic construction consists of a computer-designed helical coil of 80% Nickel 20% Chromium alloy resistance wire fusion welded to the nickel-coated steel terminal cold pins. This assembly is precisely stretched and centered in the element metal sheath, which is then filled with Grade “A” Magnesium Oxide powder (MgO). The filled tube is then compacted by a roll reduction mill into a solid mass, permanently stabilizing the coil in the center of the tube while providing excellent heat transfer and dielectric strength between the coil and the sheath.

Flange Heaters are constructed using a copper, steel, stainless steel, or Incoloy sheath material. A MgO insulation is used to extend the life of the heater as well as allow for exceptional heat transfer and dielectric strength. The use of a silicone resin seal allows for moisture resistant. A wide range of terminal types and diameters are available.

Typical applications for tubular heaters include medical equipment, food service industries, plastics, oil industries, semiconductors, and enclosures.

3. The terminal is effectively waterproofed to avoid leakage;


4. The power design of the heating resistance tubular heater per metre of the immersed electric heating pipe shall not exceed 2KW;

Because the container that is not placed smoothly is easy to overturn, dumping the Liquid, causing the immersed electric heating resistance tubular heater to dry, due to fire, electric shock and the like;
